There´s no proper way to start the list without the respective ART in the beginning...! Art is my life and without it I´d probably die. I´ve always been very creative person so when it was the time for me to choose my path in this life, there would´ve been no other choise really. ...stands for BOARD GAMES
I have a soft spot in my heart for good board games in good company. I only wish I had more money to buy more board games and more friends who would like to try out even the most strategistic ones...! Nothing beats a board gaming evening with a glass of cold drink and snacks and sweets and a lovely bunch of good people competing against each other.

...stands for COMICS
I started to like comics when I first encountered Witchblade. The way Michael Turner had drawn Sara Pezzini and her villains had a strong impact on me. At the same time I started to read Japanese comics or manga, which blew me away. Now it´s really hard for me to try to read any western styled comics; the Asian reading style (from right to left) feels so natural and logical...!

...stands for DRIZZT DO´URDEN
Drizzt Do´Urden, the good hearted Drow from the Underworlds dark city of Menzoberranzan, is one of my favourite characters in fantasy literature. His adventures with his companions the tough skinned dwarf Bruenor, the muscle pack Wulfgar, the beautiful and wise Catti-Brie and the thif with the bottomless stomach called Regis makes it worth to read Salvatore´s books.

...stands for EIR OF REBIRTH RO
Eir is the small world in Rebirth server of Ragnarök Online. RO is a multiplayer online role playing game where the player gets to make characters from different classes such as the priest or archer classes. The players may form parties in order to do some quests or kill ferocious monsters, or guilds in attempt of ruling over the many castles in the game. I´ve been playing RO for many years now and still not tired of it...!

...stands for FINAL FANTASY
I fell in love with Final Fantasy VII when I bought it from my local store really cheap when I was a teenager. Since then I´ve loved every FF that has been released on PS. VII and VIII are my favourites and I love the worlds, the gameplay, the plot and the characters from the bottom of my heart. I even cosplayed Tifa Lockheart from VII...!

...stands for GHIBLI
Studio Ghibli is the best animation studio in the world (yes, Disney is nothing compared to Ghibli IMO!). I´ve loved every animation they have produced and I hope they will keep up the good work...! My favourite Ghibli movie is probably Hotaru no Haka or Grave of the Fireflies; the sadness in the movie is nerve wrecking, I just can´t watch this movie without sheading some tears...!

I have to confess that I have this masochistic side in me that adores good horror stories and movies! The best horror movies that I´ve seen are Rosemary´s Baby, Stephen King´s IT and from the horror/sci-fi section, The Thing. Good horror stories make your skin crawl and ponder if it really was a hand of the undead instead of a dried out branch scratching the window...

Itella is the post service company of Finland. I had six of my summers working there as a post lady, six really nice summers full of mail delivering and sorting, not to mention one Christmas time week when I was strugling with the crazy amount of packages...! Postman job is a tough and physical job and I have lots of respect for the people who choose to do it for the lifetime.

Ah, the lovely pink cherry tree petals floating in the wind, the taste of fresh sushi and the gentle hot bath with a cup of sake in your hand. These things among other great Japanese stuff are something to remember. My visit to Japan in 2012 left me longing to return to the wonderfully beautiful country some day. The people, the culture and the customs melts my heart.

Believe it or not, I love karaoke! Karaoke alone, with friends, in boxes or in privite or public places, you name it. There´s just something that´s fascinating about singing! My first time with public bar karaoke was when I was 18 or 19 and it was scary as hell. After that experience, I´ve found how singing can release stress and power you up with loads of energy.

No doubt about it - Lara Croft is my all time favourite video game icon! I´ve been a huge fan since the first game was released. I love the games, love the Andy Park Tomb Raider comics and I loved cosplaying Lara in 2011. With being the way she is: realistic, witty, sexy, cleaver and tough, she will always have a piece of my heart.

I had my student exchange in Malaysia in 2011-2012 and I have lots of great memories of it. The great food, the mix in culture including the Indian, the Malay and the Chinese parts, the smiling people and the scary storm seasons are something I will never forget! I´m sure I will return to my second home country at some point...!

Finland is famous for its pure nature with lakes and forests. Perhaps that is the reason why I have this strong respect for animals and trees. Every time I take a trip outside to a forest trail bursting with autumn colours, or trying to find a proper path in a thick snow near a half frozen river, or simply enjoying the late spring / early summer heat outside, I feel like I´m home.

It´s boring to be normal! I find it more exciting and true to be myself, to have some originality in me compared to the masses; I also try to encourage others to be who they are instead of trying to melt into the mold others have made for you. Love yourself, be positive, have fun and be creative and original...!

I started writing poems when I was in upper secondary school. The only problem was that they just didn´t get me anywhere. When I was making my thesis in 2012 I took my inspiration from some of my poems and it felt like one form of art was feeding the other and other way around. You can find some of my poems in Finnish from the same page as my art work.

...stands for Q BAR
Bar Q is probably the best bar in my town! It´s cozy and full of life, sometimes even too much if it´s Friday or Saturday...! You can chat with your friends there (you can find many fine artists there), have a drink or two, try your skills at pool or give it a go in backstage karaoke, which I find really nice. The karaoke hosts are nice people and at most nights the audience is lovely too...!

Many people wonder what Resia means and why I have it as my nick name online. Resia is the name of a character in one of my early comics/manga. Also, Resia has many side meanings, for example the English word resin is close to Resia, and resin is part of the most important medium used in oil painting. With the letters used in Resia, you can form words such as aries or Aeris, which both has a meaning to me.

Silent Hill is one of the best horror video game series ever. Every sequel, one way or the other, is situated in the eerie town of Silent Hill, a weird and foggy place somewhere in USA. The town has a dark past and often weak people with problems are drawn to it. What´s strange enough, is that there is actually a town similar to this invented one in the States...

The more I drink it the more I love it. I enjoy all kinds of tea, but the white and the green tea are something I value the most. There is certain etiquette how to make a perfect pot of tea: the water you boil is going to have to be fresh, and you have to make sure about the temperature before you start to simmer your tea. When drinking tea plain, without milk, sugar or lemon, you can find the inner taste or each blend.

When I was young there was not really any girls who loved video games at the same passion as me. When I was ten I was playing Tomb Raiders, Tekkens, Silent Hills and Final Fantasies just like that and people found it a bit strange for a girl to have a hobby like that. Now I wish I had more time and energy to play more these days...!

...old time tv-series classics. Ancient tales formed into action and comedy. I´ve always loved these two series and I wish I had a chance to check them out propely at some point. The main actors and actresses in these two are awesome, powerful and fun to watch which is really important in case you get tired of the storyline. Much better than some Spartacus crap you get to see these days.

Yoga has been one of my favourite sports of all time. Why? Because it suits to most of the people, it relaxes, makes you more flexible and is very beneficial to your health. Good yoga exercize trains both your body as your spirit as well. It needs only a small space and you can practice it both outside and inside, by joining a group or trying it out by yourself.

No other option but to choose the famous Led Zeppelin as the last one...! I fell in love with Led Zep when I heard Stairway to Heaven many many years ago: I thought it was absolutely the most beautiful song I´d ever heard. Couple of years ago I found the band again and couldn´t believe my ears when I heard the rest of their songs. As if music makes love to your ears...
